• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Withdrawals will not be available until your email address or phone number has been verified.
• Sharing account login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a company or organization — only personal accounts are permitted.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• H baze may request identity verification documents at any time for age verification purposes.
• Accounts suspected of being used by a minor will be temporarily suspended.
• Registering with a false age will result in the forfeiture of all winnings.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children do not access this platform.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳50.

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• H baze reserves the right to void any bets placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Live betting odds change in real time — the odds at the moment of bet submission are final.
• Bets placed on matches suspected of being fixed may be voided.
• H baze reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any user.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any cyber attack on h baze's system or website.
• Using a third party's account or allowing others to use your own account.

• H baze reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account will be inaccessible for the specified period.
• Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance before account closure (provided no Terms & Conditions have been violated).
• An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

• H baze's total liability in any case is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

• All complaints or disputes must first be submitted through customer support within 72 hours.
• If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of h baze's licensing jurisdiction.
• In the event of a dispute, h baze's decision shall be considered final, unless the licensing authority rules otherwise.
• In any betting dispute, the official match result will be considered final.
